Custom Embroidered Work Shirts — 2 Logo Sign-Offs, First 10 Pieces Checked
Your logo is approved twice before bulk starts, then checked on the embroidery floor and again at final inspection. Every check measures against one tolerance: ±0.5 cm from the approved position.

When bulk embroidery starts, QC checks the first 10 pieces of each batch one by one against a placement template made from your approved sample. The batch runs on only after all 10 sit within ±0.5 cm.

What you send for a reorder
Quantities by size and any new names for name embroidery. No artwork to resend.
How the logo matches
Your files are pulled by order reference. The logo is stitched from the same DST file on the same position template, so size and placement repeat the first order.
How new fabric is color-matched
Fabric comes in dye lots. Before any new lot is cut, it is compared with your approved sample in a D65 standard light box and graded on the ISO 105-A02 grey scale. The lot passes at grade 4 or above.
A lot below grade 4 is re-dyed or swapped for another dye lot. A visible difference means a swatch goes to you first, and cutting waits for your signature.
What goes on record
The grade of each new lot is written into your order record, next to the approved sample it was checked against.
A technician hired this quarter wears the same shirt as the crew outfitted on the first order.
